§1 Scope of the contract conclusion
For the business relationship between the provider and the customer the following general terms and conditions of business apply to orders.
Contracts will be completed through offer and acceptance of the contract. Receiving an order is an offer for a business deal. After placing an order the customer will get an email with a confirmation of his order.
The confirmation is no acceptance of the offer. The deal will be first concluded with the sending and the confirmation of the sending or if the conclusion will be written by email.
After expiration of 4 days the customer is not bound to his offer anymore.
Because of the volume of the device the delivery comes in two packages which will be sended
at the same time.
§2 Consumer
According to § 13 BGB ( civil code ) a consumer is a naturel person who concludes a business without a commercial or professional activity purpose.
§ 3 Withdrawal
Withdrawal instruction:
Consumer have the following withdrawal:
They can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without specification in writing (letter, fax, email) or if they got the sending before deadline with the return of the sending.
The deadline begins after the receive of this instruction in textform but not before the receipt of the goods by the receiver. (By recurring deliverys of similar goods not before getting the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfillment of our information duty according to § 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 and 2 EGBGB (civil code) in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBG. For the saveguarding of the deadline of the withdrawal its enough to send the withdrawal or the good in time.

Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of an effective withdrawal the mutually received benefits and maybe gotten benefits such as interests have to be returned. If you cant give the benefits back or not back in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you will be obliged to pay compensation. Fot the deterioration and derived benefits you have to pay compensation only to an extend as the test and functioning of the good has been more than the normal testing of the characteristics as one could have done in a shop.
Transportable goods are to be returned at our expense and risk. No parcel things are to be picked up from the customer. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fullfilled within 30 days.
The deadline begins for you with the sending of your withdrawal or the goods, for us with theit receipt.
End of withdrawal
§ 4 Prices, transportation costs, payments
All prices including VAT. The customer has to pay the purchase price cash in advance or cash on delivery (only in Germany)
The transportation costs are also included in the purchase price.
By cash on delivery the currently payment is 5,- € plus 2,- € bank fee, together 14,- € including VAT and comes in addition to the purchase price.
§ 5 Delivery terms
The delivery of the goods takes place within 7 working days. For delivery in advance the delivery time Postbank, account statement starts after confirmation of receipt of payment.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered, the customer will be immediately notified in writing within 2 to 5 days about it. (as a small business we highly dependent on suppliers).
Should the customer feel the new delivery time is to long, he is free to cancel his order.
Than payments allready made will be reimbursed immediately.
§ 6 Warranty
The warranty claims shall be governed by the law. If the customer is a company claims defects within 12 month from the delivery of the goods.
This does not apply in case of intend, gross negligence, or injury to body, life anf health und in case of produkt liability law.
§ 7 Contract language
The contract language is German
§ 8 Salvatoric clause
If some parts of the contract are wholly or partially invalid or lose their effectiveness later, the validity of the remaining rest shall not be affected.
